Process

How we manage a request

We review every request before responding, so we do not send a generic proposal that fails to solve the need.

01

We receive the information

Scope, drawings, coordinates, reports or asset data.

02

We define what is missing

Technical data, operating conditions, documentation and safety requirements.

03

We structure the capacity

Personnel, tools, ROV, diving, vessel, pipeline equipment and partners.

04

We validate and respond

We confirm resources, window and conditions and prepare a proposal with clear exclusions.

Frequently asked questions

Does Kaplan Industry own all the fleet shown?

It should not be assumed. Some units appear in historical or partner material; ownership, operator and availability are validated before a proposal.

Can you handle only an inspection?

Yes. You can request inspection, survey, testing, pigging, maintenance or a specific repair.

Do you work on onshore and offshore pipelines?

Yes. The portfolio includes installation, pre-commissioning, integrity, maintenance, repair and decommissioning in both environments.
